Categories of Personal Data Processed

In certain situations, your data may be accessible to third parties such as service providers, transport operators, hosting providers, IT companies, which may be appointed as data processors by the Data Controller.

They are required, by contract, to maintain the confidentiality of the data and use it exclusively for the purpose for which it was provided.

Additionally, we may disclose your personal data to public authorities in the following exemplary cases:

• For administering the site, in situations where such communication is necessary to award prizes or other benefits to data subjects resulting from their participation in promotional campaigns organized by EPG via the site.

• Right to lodge a complaint – if you consider that your rights have been violated, you may contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or relevant courts.

Children’s Privacy

EPG does not knowingly contact or collect information from individuals under the age of 18. The website is not intended to solicit any information from individuals under the age of 18.

If we mistakenly obtain such information and are notified, we will seek appropriate parental consent to use such information or, if consent is not possible, we will delete the data from our servers.
